Human resource units are units that give counsel to companies. Their duty starts with workforce planning and includes all topics that concerns employees such as recruitment, salary and side benefits, industrial/union relations, corporate performance management,   career management and training, allocation of social and administrative services. They also suggest useful systems and practices in order for both administration and employees to work for efficient and successful targets. Human resource units support all of employees when such practices are realized. Another mission of human resource unit, in line with impartiality and confidentiality principles, is to guide all of employees, listen to them and work on matters that they can come up with solution for.
